Jeannie Walla has a background singing with Big Bands in the Valley over the last several years and makes an annual appearance with Symphony in the Valley during their Winter Event. Jeannie’s first Jazz performance was as a youngster performing solos of standards like “Poor Butterfly”, “Firefly” and “Just in Time” during school shows in Brooklyn, New York. Jazz has been in her DNA since her grandparents were in Vaudeville, performing as accompanists for silent movies and in nightclubs in New York City. She regularly sings with her jazz trio in restaurants and clubs and at special events throughout the Valley. Her CD, “Legacy”, is available on Amazon.com. This will be her second time performing on The Temporary stage, having performed in "Love, Loss, and What I Wore".
