Art Explorers: Basquiat

Learn about American painter Jean-Michel Basquiat and create your own abstract, graffiti-inspired self portrait! Art Explorers is an Art History program designed for children and teens ages 7 and up. Students are introduced to a new artist each month, and are then given the opportunity to create artwork of their own using the same creative style they've been exploring. Offered the first Thursday of every month, it's the perfect class for any student who enjoys art!
