Come POUND with your kids! (All ages welcome as long as they stay in their rock star area behind their mat.) This class will feature simplified choreography and kid pleasing music to get the little ones (and grown ups) making some noise and rocking out! Regular class pricing/membership for adults. Kiddos free.
