Event Description:
Reflexology is one of the oldest therapeutic practices in use, dating back to ancient China and Egypt. It is a touch therapy, that uses light pressure to the hands, feet, and outer ear to relieve stress and bring relief to symptoms throughout the body. Aside from feeling wonderful and aiding relaxation, reflexology can bring relief to headache, neck or back ache, stress, digestive issues, sciatica, sports injuries and much, much more. Everyone, at any age, can benefit from these techniques. Sally Nicholson will join us at the Basalt Regional Library to share her knowledge of reflexology, give demonstrations on its use, and share techniques that you can use at home for self betterment!
