Event Description:
The Ride is a unique opportunity to experience the wonders of Independence Pass by bicycle with no automobile traffic. Every year CDOT opens up the road especially for this popular event a week in advance of its official Memorial Day weekend opening. The Ride is also an important fundraiser for the Independence Pass Foundation’s summer restoration work.
