Designed with the Silver Sneaker member in mind, with a focus on stability, flexibility, mobility and strength, Stable & Able is a safe and effective class designed to give you the tools that will allow you to do the things you love outside of the gym in a fun and dynamic group environment.
Mandatory 12 Hour Cancellation Policy for all Classes.If you have signed up for a class and are unable to attend and there is a wait-list, you must cancel 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged a $20 fee!
