2021-22 Sunlight Mountain Resort Chamber Discount Opt-in
This event serves as the method for Basalt Chamber members to opt-in to/register for the Basalt Chamber discount program for Sunlight Mountain Resort. A list of the three available Sunlight discounts can be found here: https://www.basaltchamber.org/sunlight-discount/
The process will be completely digital. Please allow up to two business days for processing. The final day for Chamber processing is September 10, to allow enough time for members to redeem their discount at the Sunlight Ski & Bike Shop in downtown Glenwood Springs by the final deadline - September 16, 2021.
ONLY one registration PER organization.
The registration should be made by the designated Chamber Discount Pass representative for your business, This information will provided to Sunlight Mountain Resort staff to verify eligibility. Do NOT add any attendees beyond the pass representative for this "event."

CHAMBER PASS PROGRAM STEPS
1. Opt-in: Member opts into the program (registration)
2. Verify eligibility: Chamber verifies the member's eligibility for the program, then provides member's information to Sunlight Mountain using registration and database information. Once confirmed Chamber staff will email Sunlight Mountain staff that the business is approved, cc:ing the designated Chamber Discount Pass representative for the business. Please keep the verification email on hand, as it will serve as the "valid Basalt Chamber credentials."
Eligibility: Members must be active and current. In order to qualify for the Chamber discount, members must be in good standing - meaning all outstanding invoices have been paid. The Chamber will not verify your eligibility with Sunlight Mountain until the annual membership investment has been made. Membership can now be paid online: https://www.basaltchamber.org/make-a-payment/.
3. Offer selection and purchase: The designated Chamber Discount Pass representative then visits the Sunlight ticket office to secure the discounted products. Present the Chamber's email to verify eligibility for the discounts. This must be completed by September 16, 2021.
