Name: Art Explorers
Date: January 3, 2019
Time: 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM MST
Event Description:
Come learn about Dutch painter Piet Mondrian’s life and art, and then use lines, rectangles, and primary colors to create a De Stijl masterpiece! Art Explorers is an Art History program designed specifically for children and teens ages 8 and up that brings art to life in a whole new way. Students are introduced to a new artist and creative style each month, and are then given the opportunity to create art work of their own using the same creative style they've been exploring. Offered the first Thursday of every month, it's the perfect class for any student who enjoys art!
