CoMotion is Carbondale's very own dance company and each autumn, we showcase a variety of works in an intimate, community setting at the Launchpad in downtown Carbondale. Founded in 2013 by local community dancers, CoMotion creates repertoire that educates and inspires a passion for the art of dance while also providing a transformative performing arts experience for patrons. In addition to the main performances Nov 8 & 9, CoMotion will be hosting an interactive demo for families on Saturday, Nov 9th at 3pm. CoMotion members will perform 3 of the pieces from the show and then engage participants in a creative workshop. All ages are welcome; children under 3 are free.
