Event Description:
"Loving Vincent" (2017) is an incredible visual achievement -- every frame of this animated film is painted in oils in the style of Vincent Van Gogh. Armand Roulin, the son of the postman is given the task of delivering a letter to Vincent. He travels through Paris to Auvers-sur-Oise, only to find that Vincent's life has ended in tragedy. As he travels through the town, we see the familiar places and characters straight out of Van Gogh's paintings, and get increasingly caught up in the tangled stories and suspicions about his final days, as Armand tries to find out what really happened. Nominated for a 2018 Academy Award for Best Animated Film - this is not to be missed! Doors open at 5:00 pm, the Film begins at 5:15 pm.
