Take a gentle float through important wildlife habitat in North Star Open Space with Roaring Fork Conservancy and Pitkin County Open Space & Trails. We’ll provide some history of North Star, discuss wildlife highlights, and discuss recent restoration activities along this mild two-hour float. Floats are dependent on river flows and may be cancelled due to extremely high or low flows. An inflatable kayak (ducky), paddle, and PFD are provided for each participant.
