Personalized Journals

Join us to decorate journals and learn about fun and easy journaling techniques! Keeping a daily journal provides an opportunity for self-reflection, record-keeping, and stress relief. During this workshop, we will use transfer paper and metallic Sharpies to personalize plain black journal covers with drawings, quotes, and designs. Afterwards we will discuss various popular journaling methods, including the Bullet Journal method, one line a day journaling, the gratitude journal, and doodle journaling. Each participant will be provided with a journal to decorate and ideas for developing a journaling practice that fits your personal lifestyle!
