What do you love about you? With so much emphasis on Valentine's Day and romantic love, sometimes it's easy to forget that the most important relationship you have is the one you have with yourself. This workshop offers the opportunity to practice self-love through art journaling. Using a variety of materials, participants will be prompted to express what they love and appreciate about themselves through words and visual imagery. All materials provided, including a spiral bound journal. (Or you may bring your own journal.) Registration required.
