2024-25 Sunlight Mountain Resort Chamber Discount Opt-in
This event serves as the method for Basalt Chamber members to opt-in to/register for the Basalt Chamber discount program for Sunlight Mountain Resort. Details about two types of Sunlight discounts can be found here: https://basaltchamber.org/belong/membership/benefits/sunlight-discount/

CHAMBER PASS PROGRAM STEPS
1. Opt-in: Member opts into the program (registration)
2. Verify eligibility: Chamber verifies the member's eligibility for the program, then provides member's information to Sunlight Mountain using registration and database information. Once confirmed, Chamber staff will email Sunlight Mountain staff stating that the individual is approved, cc:ing the employee of the chamber member business. Please keep the verification email on hand, as it will serve as the "valid Basalt Chamber credentials."
Eligibility: Members must be active and current. In order to qualify for the Chamber discount, members must be in good standing - meaning all outstanding invoices have been paid. The Chamber will not verify your eligibility with Sunlight Mountain until the annual membership investment has been made. Membership can now be paid online: https://www.basaltchamber.org/make-a-payment/.
3. Offer selection and purchase: The Chamber Discount Pass purchaser then must visit the Sunlight Ski & Bike Shop (309 9th St., Glenwood Springs, CO 81601) to secure the discounted products. Present the Chamber's email to verify eligibility for the discounts. This must be completed by October 31, 2024. All products are restricted to one purchase per person, the purchasing chamber member employee must be present at the time of purchase.
If a business would like to purchase a product for their employee(s), they must do so in person with the employee present. A business may reimburse any employees for their purchase without notifying Sunlight.
