Opt-in by September 11

The designated representative completes an online form (above) to indicate that the organization is interested in discounted passes. To start, click the Register Now button above. ↑

Opt-in early – between July 1 and August 15 – for a chance to win a $375 credit towards next year's membership!

2. Chamber

Verification of Eligibility

The Chamber verifies that member organizations meets the requirements. Allow two-four business days for processing. A confirmation email will be sent once verified.

3. Pass Selection and Payment (bStore)

Complete by

September 18

Once verified, ASC creates an account for its online ordering platform BStore for each business/organization. Allow two business days for account creation; once login credentials are received, proceed to select and pay for passes.


IMPORTANT: One representative PER organization should complete the opt-in

Only the designated Chamber Pass Program representative should complete the opt-in form and manage pass ordering and pass payment with Aspen Skiing Company (ASC). This person is the only point of contact for the entire process and should be an owner, manager or a key person in an HR or Accounting role. The representative is responsible for the management of the program within their organization and controls pass distribution and record keeping. The Basalt Chamber and ASC will only work with the designated representative for the business, not individual employees.

If you're a local Roaring Fork Valley business with owners, managers, employees, and their spouses who live and work in the valley year-round (minimum 20 hours/week during winter season) interested in discounted ski passes for your employees, review the Pre-verification checklist. While any business can join the Basalt Chamber, Aspen Skiing Company has specific requirements for its program. Please see Who is Eligible? and read the Aspen Snowmass Chamber Pass Program Qualifications for details. Then complete the quick opt-in form. Second home owners are not eligible.

Members should complete this opt-in registration form for the Chamber Pass Program by September 11, 2026. This is to allow adequate time to complete the three-step process before prices increase.

Any late opt-in registrations submitted after 5 p.m. on Friday September 11, 2026, will be assessed a $150 rush fee to expedite verification before the Super Early Pricing deadline.

Fees/Admission:
There is no fee to complete the opt-in and verification process during the process the standard time frame (July 1–September 11, 2026). Late opt-in registrations after September 11, 2026 will incur a $150 rush fee.

Members pay the Chamber for their membership dues; Members pay ASC for the passes.
