Sunlight Chamber Discount Program
Event Description:
This event registration form is the required opt-in method for Basalt Chamber member organizations (owners, managers, and employees) to receive a discount code for Sunlight Mountain Resort ski products. NOTE: Sunlight Mountain Resort has established a new, earlier timeline for the 2026-27 season. There will NOT be another opportunity to get a discount later this year!
Chamber members interested in purchasing discounted products from Sunlight must opt-in to the Sunlight Chamber Pass Program by May 31, 2026. The chamber will provide a list to Sunlight staff, who will then send out emails in early June, with purchase instructions and one-time discount codes to all interested qualifying chamber member employees. Products must be purchased by the end of October.
Important
- Enter individual work email addresses only: Only one discount code is sent per email address by Sunlight - if a generic work email account is added for multiple employees, it will only receive a single, one-time use code. Individuals who opt-in with a generic non-work email will need to be verified by HR or the owner as an actual employee.
- Codes are one-time use: Each discount code is valid for a single transaction. If you plan to purchase both a Season Pass and a 6-Pack, you must buy them together in the same cart.
- Online Only: Discounts must be redeemed through the Sunlight website. They will not be honored for in-person purchases at the ticket window.

Chamber discount program steps & timeline
- Member Opt-In (By May 31): Complete this registration form to express your interest. You must be an employee, manager, or owner of an active Basalt Chamber member business. Please use a work email address. Individuals who opt-in with a generic email will need to be verified by HR or the owner as an employee.
- Chamber Eligibility Verification: Chamber staff will verify that the business is a member in Good Standing. NOTE: Eligibility will not be confirmed until all outstanding membership invoices are paid. Please
pay any outstanding invoices online - Members Receive Individual Discount Codes & Purchase Products (Early June): In early June, Sunlight Mountain Resort will email one-time discount codes and purchase instructions to all verified participants.
