Event Description:

September 21, 2026 UPDATE | From Sunlight Mountain Resort - As many local businesses and partners know, Sunlight Mountain Resort released its Chamber Deals earlier this this year with a much earlier opt-in window: April–May 2026.

After receiving questions and interest from locals, Sunlight Mountain Resort leadership met with all the parties involved and today decided to make a one-time exception. To accommodate the schedule shift from earlier this season, Sunlight is offering one final opportunity to opt-in for the 2026/27 Chamber Deals to Chamber members.
Please note that this is a one-time exception; Sunlight Mountain Resort will be unable to extend the deadline or accept additional opt-ins after the new cutoff date.

Individuals wishing to participate must complete their opt-in by the specified deadline - October 1, 2026. Sunlight Mountain Resort appreciates everyone's understanding and hopes this extension gives interested partners a final chance to take advantage of the 2026/27 offerings.


This event registration form is the required opt-in method for Basalt Chamber member organizations (owners, managers, and employees) to receive a discount code for Sunlight Mountain Resort ski products. NOTE: Sunlight Mountain Resort has established a new, earlier timeline for the 2026-27 season. 

Chamber members interested in purchasing discounted products from Sunlight must opt-in to the Sunlight Chamber Pass Program by May 31, 2026 October 1, 2026. The chamber will provide a list to Sunlight staff, who will then send out emails in early June October, with purchase instructions and one-time discount codes to all interested qualifying chamber member employees. Products must be purchased by the end of October.

Important 

  • Enter individual work email addresses only: Only one discount code is sent per email address by Sunlight - if a generic work email account is added for multiple employees, it will only receive a single, one-time use code. Individuals who opt-in with a generic non-work email will need to be verified by HR or the owner as an actual employee.
  • Codes are one-time use: Each discount code is valid for a single transaction. If you plan to purchase both a Season Pass and a 6-Pack, you must buy them together in the same cart.
  • Online Only: Discounts must be redeemed through the Sunlight website. They will not be honored for in-person purchases at the ticket window.
  • Product Details: View the specific discounted products and rates here.
  • Purchase Deadline: Discounted products must be purchased by October 31, 2026. After that date, the discount codes will no longer work.

Chamber discount program steps & timeline

  1. Member Opt-In (By May 31, 2026 October 1, 2026): Complete this registration form to express your interest. You must be an employee, manager, or owner of an active Basalt Chamber member business. Please use a work email address. Individuals who opt-in with a generic email will need to be verified by HR or the owner as an employee.
  2. Chamber Eligibility Verification: Chamber staff will verify that the business is a member in Good Standing. NOTE: Eligibility will not be confirmed until all outstanding membership invoices are paid. Please pay any outstanding invoices online to avoid delays. Once verified, the chamber will sent a confirmation email.
  3. Members Receive Individual Discount Codes & Purchase Products (Early June October): In early October, Sunlight Mountain Resort will email one-time discount codes and purchase instructions to all verified participants.

There are two steps in the process: the verification portion with the chamber and the redemption process with Sunlight Mountain Resort. Both steps must be done online (digital).

Key Fall 2026 dates

  • October 1, 2026: Final day for employees of chamber member organizations to complete the opt-in registration process with the Basalt Chamber. (Registration is required to receive a discount code).
  • October 2, 2026: Chamber staff sends a list of qualified, registered individuals to Sunlight Mountain Resort for processing.
  • Early October: Sunlight Mountain Resort emails unique discount codes to verified individual. Members are then able to purchase discounted Sunlight products online.
  • October 31, 2026: Final day to purchase discounted Sunlight products (online only).

Original Spring 2026 dates

May 31, 2026 is the last day for employees of Chamber Members to opt-in to the verification process with the Basalt Chamber. The chamber will send a list of qualified, registered individuals to Sunlight Mountain Resort on June 1, 2026 for processing.

Early June: Registered individuals will receive an email from Sunlight Mountain Resort with a custom discount code and will be able to purchase discounted Sunlight products at that time.

October 31, 2026: Last day to purchase discounted Sunlight products.

Fees/Admission:
There is no fee to access the Chamber discount - this is a benefit of chamber membership. Businesses pay the chamber for membership (thus becoming eligible for the discount).

Eligible employees of chamber members will purchase discounted products directly from Sunlight Mountain. 

In order to qualify for the discount, members must be in good standing. Verification will not occur until all outstanding invoices have been paid. Online payment.
