Learn how to lower carbon emissions in your own kitchen through the way you cook, the appliances in your home or business, and the foods and beverages you choose to consume. This event will include: - Induction cooking demonstration and presentation by Cody Rydin, Executive Chef with Aspen Skiing Company. - Cocktails from “The Most Sustainable Distillery on the Planet”, Marble Distillery, and presentation by Connie Baker, Co-Owner of Marble Distillery. -Local farm-to-table produce from The Farm Collaborative with a presentation from Eden Vardy, Executive Director.
