Event Description:
In partnership with Eagle County Healthy Aging, Pitkin County Senior Services, and the State Health Insurance Program (SHIP), the library is offering lunch, dessert, and a Medicare presentation free to the public. Whether you are new to Medicare, have been on Medicare for years, or want to understand your benefits or your options for Open Enrollment this fall, all are welcome at this free and unbiased presentation. Jonnah Glassman, the local Medicare SHIP Coordinator, will cover Medicare basics, Medigap & Advantage plans, updates to 2025 Drug plans, and options to prepare you for Open Enrollment from October 15-December 7. Eagle County Healthy Aging and Pitkin County Senior Services graciously provide lunch and dessert. Please register ahead of time.
