Border band Jarabe Mexicano captures the nostalgic spirit of their roots with their charismatic brand of "Bordeño-Soul," which honors the musical tastes and cultural influences of its members. Jarabe, which translates to “concoction,” highlights the eclectic mix of genres they perform ranging from Mexican Folk, Rock & Roll, and Norteño/Tex-Mex to Latin Rock, Trío Romántico, and popular Cumbia. Their traditional string instruments and Norteño-inspired drums complement dramatic vocals in English, Spanish, and Spanglish, and shows how this multi-generational ensemble embraces change without forgetting the past.

La banda fronteriza Jarabe Mexicano captura el espíritu nostálgico de sus raíces con su carismático estilo: "Bordeño-Soul", el cual hace honor a los gustos musicales y las influencias culturales de sus miembros. Jarabe, que también significa ‘mezcla’, resalta la ecléctica combinación de géneros que interpretan: desde música folclórica mexicana, rock and roll y norteña/tex-mex, hasta rock latino, tríos románticos y cumbia popular. Sus instrumentos de cuerda tradicionales y sus percusiones inspiradas en el estilo norteño son un excelente complemento para sus dramáticas vocalizaciones en inglés, español y spanglish, y demuestra la manera en que este conjunto multigeneracional da la bienvenida al cambio sin olvidar el pasado.
