Valley View University Presents Women’s Health Series: Early Detection and Prevention: Your Guide to Breast Health

Valley View, an independent, not-for-profit health system based in Glenwood Springs, Colo., is pleased to announce its Women’s Health Series as part of its Valley View University (VVU) series. Whether juggling career, family or personal goals, this series offers expert insights, practical tips and a Q&A to help women learn more about their well-being through important health topics. These free, live virtual webinars designed specifically for women by female providers will take place via Zoom on select dates in January and February from 12 to 1 p.m.
Valley View professionals know that one doctor’s visit is often not enough to get all questions answered, so Valley View University (VVU) strives to provide an opportunity for anyone to learn more in a stress-free environment. VVU provides the community with engaging and personalized medical education by Valley View’s world-class providers.
Lauren Kropp, MD, a radiation oncologist at Valley View’s Calaway-Young Cancer Center, will present “Early Detection and Prevention: Your Guide to Breast Health.” In this 30-minute webinar, followed by an open Q&A, Dr. Kropp will discuss methods to prevent breast cancer, including early detection and lifestyle changes.
