Job Description
Ryan Investments is seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and people-focused Client Services Associate to oversee daily office operations while ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. This hybrid role blends client relationship management with administrative and operational oversight to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our business.
This position is in-person and is currently offered for 2-4 days per week (depending on the candidate) and could evolve into full-time as our firm grows.
Office hours: 8:30am-4:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:
- New account opening, wires & transfers, and liaison to custodians.
- Assist Wealth Advisors in prospecting efforts and client servicing as requested.
- Daily download and reconciliation with custodians.
- Prepare monthly Portfolio Review reports to distribute to clients.
- Responsible for maintaining all office equipment including computers, fax/copiers, phones, etc. and is the contact person for outside vendors / support people.
- First point of contact for IT support and internal tracking of equipment.
- Track company compliance registrations.
- Website updates and maintenance using WordPress.
- LinkedIn posts.
- Maintaining the weekly newspaper advertising.
- Answering phone calls professionally and managing client requests proactively and diplomatically.
- Attend professional networking events (i.e. Basalt Chamber After Hours).
Requirements:
- Lives in the Roaring Fork Valley, Colorado (not a remote position).
- BS or BA degree. Experience in banking, accounting and client service is preferred.
- Accurate, responsible, organized, timely, self-starter, ability to follow through with tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or project management tools (experience in Junxure and SS&C/Black Diamond is a plus).
- Ensure client satisfaction to maintain client retention.
- Ability to prioritize and focus on multiple tasks.
- Strong professional oral and written communication.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
