BUDDY PROGRAM - MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
We are looking for a creative, strategic Marketing & Communications Manager to amplify our mission and impact. Help tell the stories that change lives.
This full-time role leads organization-wide marketing, storytelling, and communications—building brand awareness, supporting fundraising and events, recruiting mentors and youth, and sharing powerful stories from our community. You’ll collaborate with a passionate team, create compelling print and digital content, manage social media and web presence, and bring our impact to life through words, design, photo, and video. You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
  • Have 3–5 years of marketing/communications experience (nonprofit a plus)
  • Are a strong writer, storyteller, and visual communicator
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Are mission-driven and value diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging & community
  • Are bilingual English/Spanish (strongly preferred)
Details: Salary: $65,000–$68,000, plus 100% paid health/dental/vision, flexible work schedule and more. Based in the Roaring Fork Valley. Housing not provided.
